Operation RSF is founded by current SOF (Special Operations Forces) teammates that look to improve the well being of former and current veterans through education and exercise. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely wants to make a positive impact on the lives of service members and anyone who has experienced trauma or who is experiencing difficulty in getting back to their baseline.

This is a great team of people that are pulling together a service that can be incredibly supportive to our vets. Fitness is the foundation to a healthy life. Operation RSF helps to connect our vets with PTSD to trainers that can help them get back to a physical and mental health. Great idea.

Nice group doing extra ordinary things for veterans. They found a different way of helping people without the use of drugs or traditional processes. I can’t wait to see how they develop and grow over the years and success stories above the ones all ready posted.

I realized after 17 years that I have been struggling with PTSD hitting my most out-of-control moments from 2005-2010. Recently I found my local Vets Center to seek aid. In a scary unknown place I was sparked to find movement. I listened to The Veterans Growth podcast + learned of Operation RSF. I read everything I could on their page + reached out using social media. The amazing things they are doing + creating is beyond exceptional. I have found something tangible + healthy to do with this stagnant, angry, sad energy within me. It really is life-altering when you pair healing with movement. I continue to find weekly inspiration from their content. Thank you OpRSF.

They offer the support to help get started and stay motivated when I didn’t want to. It helps that they are veterans so I know they have experience dealing with PTSD in their community.
