Mission: Operation reconnect ("oprc") is an organization established to provide combat veterans and their families the opportunity to reconnect through the gift of time and beach-front accommodations. In 2016, the organization served 49 combat veterans & their families. Oprc provided free week-long trips to the gulf coast for these deserving families. Without oprc, these families may not have had any other opportunity to transition back to "normal life". Since inception, operation reconnect has served more than 100+ combat veterans and their families post-deployment. The positive impacts and personal testimonials are truly representative of our program.
Programs: Operation reconnect sends returning combat veterans and their families on 7-night beach vacations. This includes accommodations, cleaning fees, meals, entertainment and activities.
