Mission: Open door health center is advancing access to quality, affordable, culturally appropriate health care through patient-centered medical, dental and behavioral health services for all people across southern minnesota.
Programs: Open door health center is a not-for-profit federally qualified health center that provides health care services. Services are available to all people including the medically underserved. A sliding fee discount is offered to those living below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.
