Mission: Create social change within the concho valley by providing prevention, education, advocacy, and a safe place to foster healing for survivors of sexual violence and gender discrimination.
Programs: Open arms provided victim assistance and aid to victims of violent crimes through a rape crisis hotline, individual and group support, and education and information. In addition open arms provided advocacy and support to the lbgt+ community.
