Causes: Arts & Culture
Mission: We provide the opportunity to experience the healing magic of clay to children and adults with developmental disabilities; and to the underserved youth and seniors in our community. Our classes are taught in a nurturing environment by professional art instructors who encourage students to enrich their lives through sculpting, potter's wheel, hand building, raku pottery, bisque ware, painting and fused glass.
Programs: Partnerships with social services throughout the coachella valley to provide professional instruction in clay and glass classes for children, adults, and senior citizens; to also include special needs individuals. Total number of art experiences were 15,400.
