It has been a pleasure working with Ron & Lea the Old Guard Riders Inc. from the first day I meet them,I knew it would be a great organization to be a part of, and The mission statement locked me in. They have always been very professorial and treated myself and all others around with the utmost respect. I was heavily involved in bringing The Old Guard Riders (Phoenix) Non-Profit L.L.C. to its current state with several others, we have overcome several minor hurtles and are able to continue this mission statement. Thank you Ron & Lea for allowing us to continue what their wonderful hearts started several years ago. We will carry on and carry it out to serve our veterans. We still continue to grow every week. It has been a great pleasure working with them both, If anyone would like more information on The Old Guard Riders (Phoenix) Non-Profit L.L.C. Please contact: Tarra Matyas tarramatyas2@gmail.com or dougmucklow@gmail.com The Old Guard Riders (Phoenix) Non-Profit L.L.C. will continue on Doug Mucklow Vice President Old Guard Riders (Phoenix) Non-Profit L.L.C.

I have been a part of the Old Guard Riders for over two years and have been extremely impressed with the professionalism and dignity with which the organization conducts itself. I participated in escorting the remains of seven service members from Apache Junction, AZ to Phoenix, AZ for internment in the National Cemetery there. The Old Guard Riders worked closely with the Missing in America Program to ensure the service members received all the honors and recognition befitting individuals who had served this great nation. The entire ceremony was conducted with a level of professionalism and dignity I have yet to see surpassed anywhere. As a member of the Old Guard Riders, I helped coordinate the OGR's participation in the Buffalo Soldier Plaza dedication ceremony on Fort Huachuca, AZ. I worked with members of the Old Guard Riders and the protocol office on Ft. Huachuca to have the cremains of CPL Isaiah Mays present at the ceremony. CPL Mays, a Medal of Honor recipient, had served at Ft. Huachuca. The OGR untiringly sought to and accomplished having CLP Mays exhumed form an unmarked grave in a barren field, transported across the country with an honor escort and interred in Arlington National Ceremony with all the honors and dignity due a Medal of Honor recipient. I am proud to be a part of the Old Guard Riders and will continue to support the organization in all it's endeavors on behalf of all veterans, both living and deceased.

As the Founder/President, I am extremely proud of our service record to veterans. Old Guard Riders Inc was deliberately created with a very broad Mission Statement. We wanted to create an organization that could fill almost any void in the cause of assisting America's veterans - whether alive or deceased. Whether feeding and clothing the homeless veteran or finding and interring the unclaimed remains of a veteran, we wanted to serve a broad spectrum of needs. Old Guard Riders Inc. has no paid officers or staff, so the donations that we receive go almost entirely to the needs of the veterans.

I have had the priviledge of working with Ron and Lee Eppich on several of their projects. Some people wave the flag; then go home for dinner. Some people say that "they are going to do something": and then they don't. Some people salute the flag; and then they don't vote. Some people say that "they support vets"...as long as it is convenient. This has never been the case with the Old Guard Riders. How many people do YOU know that will take a week off from work to ride a motorcycle all of the way across this country to see that a black Buffalo Soldier, a soldier that died almost a hundred years ago, be given the honor that he deserved by being interred at Arlington National Cemetery? They may not be in a class by themselves, but it dosen't take long to call the roll. A veteran dies; they are there on a flag line. A military family needs help; they do the best that they can for them. Some people just talk; Ron and Lee do something about it. I am not a vet; I never served my country. I greatly appreciate people that do!

I have worked with Old Guard Riders Inc. on several of their veterans projects. I provided the sound system and music for their events. They are extremely dedicated to veterans and will do anything to help veterans. They exhumed and moved CPL Isaiah Mays to Arlington National Cemetery. They exhumed and moved PO2 Stephen Staggs from an indigent cemetery to the AZ National Cemetery in Phoenix AZ. They feed the homeless and do so much more. Support this group.

I am the Casualty Coordinator for the Office of the Arizona Governor and I have known Lea & Ron for several years, now. They have turned their grief and the loss of their son, Sgt Robert Eppich, into a concerted effort to bring joy to the lives of other veterans and military members. Most of the programs they provide to help the families who have lost loved ones, homeless and our wounded warriors, they fund from their own pockets. I love them!

I've known Lea and Ron Eppich for a couple of years from my place of employment and I can say that they have hearts of gold. They live for helping out the vets whether alive or passed on. What they do is amazing and I have to tell them keep it going. It takes people like the Eppichs to make the vets feel like they have family and a home.

I have worked a short time with my local chapter and found a great honor and respect among the fellow members and those that see our patches. I do this not because I have to but because it is for the greater good of helping fellow veterans with a hand up not a hand out. There are many that this organization has helped but there are many more out there that need our help. I find that this group is doing great work, I especially like that fact that we are giving proper burials to those that did not get one.

I have assisted volunteers in starting an OGR chapter in their states. Each and every volunteer is helping the homeless and indigent veterans with clothing, food, and basic essentials.

This organization puts the Veteran Military Men first and foremost, and does many things to raise the public awareness of Veteran' current hurdles. Old Guard Riders has focused on finding, identifying, and interring the cremains of Veterans abandoned across the United States, notifying living relatives when possible. I have participated in their Missing in America program, and it is first class. I can vouch for the ethics and standards set by the founders. If you support organizations to help our Veterans, please join this group.

Old Guard Riders has done an excellent job in doing their part in placing the cremains of our deceased Vets into National Memorial Cemeteries or in the hands of their family members. These Vets had been left behind in Mortuaries in Arizona and around the country and needed the help of these good people to be placed where they needed to be. Thanks to all the members of this great organization for all the Vets they have helped living or gone from us.
