Causes: Alumni Associations, Education
Mission: To be the heart of the buckeye alumni community, inspiring and cultivating engaged citizens.
Programs: Magazine: the ohio state alumni magazine is published six times a year as a benefit to members. The magazine captures the intellectual vigor of the university, its faculty and alumni through a variety of feature articles and news departments dedicated to the world-class research and teaching of faculty, the accomplishments and contributions to society by alumni and the diversity of learning experiences by students of the ohio state university. Members are kept up-to-date on developments at the alumni association by a column from osuaa president & ceo.
constituency program:the constituency programs represents opportunities for alumni to engage with the alumni association with the intent to develop a long-lasting relationship. Programs broadly includes social gatherings, game watches, football pre-game events, networking events, family activities, alumni tours and other, group activities where alumni are invited to join the association staff, fellow alumni and university ambassadors. Programs are held in a variety of locations, some of which are in columbus but many of which are in geographic locations across the country.
annual giving program: the association engages in a set of activities (phone calls, mail solicitation, email solicitation, etc. ) that are intended to generate contributions to the ohio state university. The program is entirely managed and directed by the association.
