Mission: The purpose of this organization is to promote, encourage and advance the breeding of jersey cattle, the sale of the same, and the same of jersey creamline milk produced by registered jersey cattle, and to develop the efficiency and usefulness of the breed, the creation, management, and direction of organizations, and associations for the accomplishment of the same, and the acting as agent or broker of or for any person, association or corporations in connection with the same together with the right of publication of such pamphlets and or expedient in connection with the actvities and to lease, together with the right to acquire by purchase or otherwise all of the real and personal property necessary or convenient for use in connection with, and in carrying on the general activities and business herinbefore mentioned, or any part thereof, and the right to dispose of the same.
