Causes: Ambulatory & Primary Health Care, Health
Mission: When you support us, you help give vulnerable children in our community and surrounding areas access to our cornerstone program - the IWS Children’s Clinic. At the Clinic, children receive critical healthcare including pediatric medical, dental, and behavioral health services. Our Mission: To advance the health and well-being of children in need. Our Vision: Healthy children growing into healthy and productive adults. Our Values: Compassion, Inclusion, Excellence, Collaboration, and Stewardship. Our People: Our work is powered by dedicated volunteers and staff, generous donors, engaged partners, and enlightened communities who agree that sustaining the health of our communities' at-risk children is a critical investment in the future.
Target demographics: To help provide high-quality pediatric medical, dental, and behavioral health care, along with social service referrals, to underserved children and young adults, regardless of their ability to pay.
Direct beneficiaries per year: Last year, we helped more than 3,000 children in over 10,000 visits.
Geographic areas served: Located in Oak Park, Illinois, we proudly serve families across Chicago and surrounding communities.
Programs: We provide medical, dental, and behavioral health care programs at the OPRF IWS Children's Clinic.
