Oak hammock owns and operates a retirement community located in gainesville, florida, and provides housing, lifelong learning, health care, and other related services to senior adults. The community currently consists of 269 residential units (212 apartments and 57 villas and homes), 46 assisted living units, 24 memory care assisted living units, and a 73-bed skilled nursing center.
