Mission: The Mission We build a healthier community through education and access to quality health care. The Vision Novato Community Hospital shares Sutter Health's vision of "the Sutter Difference" creating a quality, patient-centered integrated provider network that is: -Collaborative to ensure the access to and quality and efficiency of a broad range of programs and services throughout Marin County; -In partnership with other organizations to create a healthier community; -Staffed by caregivers who embrace a Healing Healthcare Philosophy (or quality patient care); -Among preferred hospitals in Marin County;
Programs: The Chaplaincy program provides non-denominational patient and family counseling in times of difficulty or stress. The Novato Health Partnership works with the Novato Unified School District to provide important student health care services for low income and uninsured individuals to improve the overall student community health environment. Working in cooperation with Whistlestop Wheels, Health Express provides seniors and the disabled with transportation to and from physician appointments.
