To acquire, rehabilitate, develop, maintain and operate real estate in the following described area on the northside of lexington, fayette county, kentucky, bounded by short street, north limestone, the csx railroad track that intersects north broadway and north limestone street to newtown pike. All board members of northside improvements corporation are also board members of northside neighborhood association, inc.
Programs: The provision of low-income housing from rehabilitated structures in the northside neighborhoods of lexington, ky to combat community deteriroration.
