Programs: To provide a physical facility for the proper storage, cataloging, and maintenance of books, manuscripts, and other publications which relate to freemasonry, including computerized research equipment and unlimited use of the internet, and to make them available for use w/o charge w/o restriction such as race, color, religion, sex, or requirement of membership.
to provide permanent physical facilities and equipment for meetings, book reviews, discussion groups, research and study, or other matters of a charitable, religious, education, or literary nature during normal office hours or by appointment w/o restrictions to race, color, age, sex or requirement of membership.
