Programs: As a designated Main Street organization, KCP will be administering a façade program for 2010. We will match façade improvements for signage, storefront improvements, restoration, cleaning and other improvements through a 50/50 reimbursement up to $5,000. So if you do $10,000 worth of work, we will reimburse you ½ of that cost ($5,000). If you do $3,000 worth of work, we will reimburse you $1,500. Applications are limited to the commercial center district (generally Railroad to University along Main Streeet and one block off Main Street along the side streets that intersect Main Street).
