Programs: The north dakota disabilities advocacy consortium (nddac) is an organization committed to advocacy and public policy change for people with disabilities and their families of all ages, genders, and circumstances. Disability groups served include, but are not limited to, children and adults with blindness, hearing impairments, mobility impairments, mental illness, and intellectual/developmental disabilities. Nddac is a statewide, private, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that was incorporated on november 26, 2002. The mission of nddac is to "unite to ensure citizens with disabilities have an opportunity to lead independent and productive lives".
