NAJC is absolutely the most efficient organization I know of. With virtually zero overheads and 100% transparency, the charity provides a very fulfilling experience for both the donors as well as the volunteers.
I am involved with a few other non-profits and charities, but none of them comes close to NAJC in terms of impact it makes on its beneficiaries and benefactors.
This charity is publicly supported and run by volunteers. In its 20 years of existence, hundreds of deserving and bright students from rural India, particularly girls, have been provided scholarships for higher education. This charity changes lives forever and for good. Through this Charity, many non-profit schools and dispensaries have been opened in villages where none existed. I have been involved with this charity since its inception and have experienced the good that has been done. The members, have absolutely no ego whatsoever, work selflessly and with passion. I would urge people to join this charity and experience the gift of giving.
As this charity completes it's 20 years, kudos to all the members for their spirit. Of volunteerism and generosity. I personally don't know any other organization with zero overheads. One of the major goals is to award scholarships to children from rural areas with families unable to afford the smallest expense related to their education. They have succeeded beyond any expectations that they had!! Let's keep up the good work. "Educate a girl, educate a family."
This charity fills a much needed void for providing resources to needy youth in India. The emphasis, in particular, on girls' education is remarkable. The charity operates with zero overhead costs, ensuring that as a donor and volunteer, I know exactly how my donation is being used to directly benefit the youth. Furthermore, the NAJC supports initiatives both domestically and abroad, contributing to natural disaster funds and truly remaining mission oriented in its activities. I have nothing but great things to say about the NAJC.
Great work provided by volunters who give their time and donations for a very worthy cause. Most of the the schools are operated in villages and some are only for girls. What a way to move the Motherland forward....'educate her girls, who will be wives and mother's of tomorrow' !! Women are power, and a literate woman is a fire that wil not burn but instead illuminate everything in its path! May NAJC prosper and grow for ages to come. Good luck!
