Mission: The centers mission is to increase the capacity of nonprofit organizations to better serve their communities by providing quality management support services and resources to nonprofits in the state of texas through educational training and professional development and technical assistance.

Geographic areas served: the Permian Basin and Trans-Pecos Area
Programs: Consulting services fee-based custom-designed services to meet the organization's needs in areas such as board assessment, board training, strategic planning, policy and procedure review and development, capital campaign studies, fundraising and committee work, executive director searches, and board development.
The center offers seminars and workshops on a variety of topics of interest to staff, board members, and volunteers in the nonprofit community. Topics include governance, financial management, human resources, marketing, fundraising, and succession planning. Participant fees are charged as determined by the center.
The nonprofit executive leader certification program is a series of nine full-day courses designed to help participants to bridge the gap in nonprofit leadership by building a community of strong, emerging leaders who are prepared to lead, innovate and make a difference in the community. Tuition is charged as determined annually.
