Mission: No Boundaries Transitional Housing is committed to inspiring lifelong changes in individuals and communities that strengthen our society for a better tomorrow.
Results: We continuously are working to find permanent housing for our participants. We house people permanently with the aid of a Housing Navigation Specialist. The results are picking up as the amount of participants enter our program. We are building steam and getting more and more into stable supportive permanent housing. The stay here helps participants transition out after six months.
