Mission: The mission of the New Mexico Housing & Community Development Corporation (NMHCDC) is to provide good quality affordable housing to low and moderate income individuals and families. Many low to moderate income households are unable to afford decent, safe, and sanitary housing. NMHCDC provides an essential service in the form of good housing with rents that are based on the tenants' income.
