Mission: The organization's mission is to provide a continuum of care, from housing and support services for people with physical disabilities, through a health care center and nursing home. Our community provides an environment of support to promote residents individual growth, self determimnation and the ability to reach their greatest potential.
Programs: New horizons village provides housing and support services for 97 people with physical disabilities who want to live in a community that maximizes opportunities for independent, self-directed living.
cherry brook health care center's programs serve our community by providing exceptional rehabilitative, short-term, long term, hospice or respite care. The center houses 100 individuals for inpatient care and also offers outpatient therapy services.
middlebury serves individuals with physical disabilities and/or seniors, in a 5 unit residential community which promotes independence.
