Mission: New england bangladeshi american foundation incorporation (the foundation/ nebaf) shall be a non-profit, voluntary, non-partisan, non- sectarian and non- political forum organized exclusively in order to serve cultural, educational, social and charitable purposes of the bangladesh and other communities of the neighborhood countries including nepal, india, pakistan, srilanka, and bhutan. By nature the foundation will be philanthropic global organization with aim of serving the above mentioned communities all over the world. New england bangladeshi american foundation incorporation (nebaf) is to conduct all activities within the scope as described in section 501(c) (3) and exempt from taxation under 501 (a). Upon dissolution, all assets she be distributed for one or more of the exempt purposes within the meaning of section 501 (c)(3) of the internal revenue code or corresponding section of any future federal tax code, or shall be distributed to the federal government, or to state or loca
