Mission: To develop and manage a continuum of stable and supportive housing for persons with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
Programs: To provide the daily upkeep and operation of properties located in northwest ohio. Properties are maintained to provide safe, affordable housing to persons with mental illness and other related disorders. During the fiscal year, npi provided housing and services to 584 individuals. The organization was the recipient of modernization funding, a portion of which is reported as current year grant revenue with the remainder to be recognized in future years. For fiscal year ended june 30, 2017, $743,484 was recognized as revenue and has been recorded as capitalized building improvements.
