project specialists - npi engages a highly qualified team of consultants to lead efforts in community organizing, collaborative meeting logistics and coordination, marketing and communications, government affairs, and real estate planning and development.
management fees - in late 2016, npi transitioned from outside management of operations to an in-house structure. For a majority of 2016, operational programming costs, accounting, training, support staff and consultants were relied upon for core outreach and for developing and pursuing operational priorities.
