Mission: Neighborhood housing provides neighborhood revitalization through promoting, developing and maintaining affordable housing in the south shore area of massachusetts.
Programs: Neighborhood housing is active in numerous activities including: granting low interest mortgage loans to qualified homeowners who are unable to obtain conventional financing for needed home improvements, developing and managing residential units of special need and affordable housing, and assisting first time home buyers to purchase homes. In addition, nhs counsels applicants and helps to serve the community as a resource and referral center.
