Mission: Our LifeFirst philosophy is a commitment to never euthanize any animal because of lack of space or funding, but to commit our resources to save, restore and re-home all adoptable animals under our care. Our vision: To see the end of abuse, neglect and abandonment of animals in our community by providing: Compassionate shelter, safety and healing to animals in need Responsible adoption practices Education to influence and improve the relationships between humans and animals
Target demographics: Homeless animals, that may be lost, surrendered, neglected, impounded or abandoned, find new loving forever homes.
Direct beneficiaries per year: approximately 500 animals
Geographic areas served: Winnebago County & the communities surrounding Neenah, WI
Programs: Basic needs including shelter, food, water, warmth, and affection. More comprehensive needs including socialization, enrichment, training and behavior modification programs. In addition to specialized medical care, vaccinations, spay & neuter surgeries, dental care.
