Mission: The mission of nh hdfc is to provide supportive housing and services to formerly homeless and or low income households who would otherwise be homeless without access to this housing. Nh hdfc provides 15 qualifying households permanent supportive housing annually.
Programs: Nh hdfc provides fifteen apartments and common areas for formerly homeless households. These apartments are covered by a regulatory agreement with nyc hpd and fmlb-ny.
