Mission: The native prairies association of texas (npat) is a non-profit land trust dedicated to the conservation, restoration, and appreciation of native prairies, savannas, and other grasslands in texas.

Programs: Land conservation, general / other: discovery, acquisition, management, restoration, and educational use of prairie remnants, both via conservation easement and ownership, in the state of texas. Npat owns 2 prairie remnants (~9 acres total) in addition to maddin ranch preserve, and holds conservation easements on 7 prairie remnants (~111 acres total).
