Mission: Nti is an organization founded to promote economic independence for americans with disabilities through training, job placement, and ongoing employment support. Programs: National telecommuting institute, inc. (nti) offers high-quality, cost-effective virtual staffing services. Founded in 1995 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, nti pursues its mission to identify and develop work-at-home jobs for americans who are severely disabled through out nti@home division. Americans with disabilities have one of the highest unemployment rates in the united states. Nti provides skill assessment, training, job placement and job coaching services for its candidates. Nti@home placed approximately 542 individuals with disabilities in jobs in 2017. This program generated approximately $10. 26 million in program service revenue in 2017. Nti's land a job division also assists individuals with disabilities who have found work outside the home with work support payments through the social security administration's ticket to work program to help cover the costs of work-related expenses. These payments help disabled individuals cover necessary costs required in remaining gainfully employed. The land a job division provided work support payments to approximately 291 unique individuals with disabilities in 2017, totalling approximately $286,471. This program generated approximately $1. 54 million in program service revenue in 2017.
