Causes: Children & Youth, Education, Football, Secondary & High Schools, Sports, Youth Community Service Clubs
Mission: The foundation was organized to honor the great players and coaches in the history of college football and to inspire our nation's youth to compete on the athletic fields and in the classroom and to assume leadership roles on high school and college campuses. The organization partly accomplishes this by awarding scholarships to high school and college football players based upon academic excellence, athletic ability and leadership qualities.
Programs: Hall of fame expenses- costs associated with supporting the hall of fame of the national football foundation & college hall of fame, inc.
play it smart- scholastic football program, for the less fortunate, which provides a systematic way for scholastic sports to help transform the lives of the young people for the better.
foundation operations- costs associated with the action initiatives of the national football foundation & college hall of fame, inc. Including academic memberships, leadership recognitions, advancement programs, corporate partner programs, interactive media and other outreach. Also includes the costs associated with supporting local chapters of the national football foundation & college hall of fame, inc.
