One of the best things about Irving Art of Science (IAOS) is their hands-on, interactive teaching. This approach helps kids understand science better and develop critical thinking skills. I’ve seen how IAOS creates a safe and fun learning environment where children can explore, question, and experiment.

I remember a summer camp where the kids were learning about drones. Dr. Sita Mulukutla and her team provided materials for the kids to build their own drones. The children were so excited and eager to start their projects.

As the session went on, the kids worked together, sharing ideas and trying out different designs. Some drones flew well, while others needed adjustments. Instead of feeling discouraged, the kids were encouraged to figure out what went wrong and try again. This supportive environment fostered curiosity and resilience.

IAOS’s hands-on approach helps children thrive. They aren’t afraid to make mistakes and learn from them, and their curiosity is celebrated. I’m very impressed by the impact IAOS has on young minds and highly recommend supporting this wonderful organization.

Irving Art of Science is a non-profit dedicated to teaching STEM topics to kids from grades K-12. I worked as an intern in summer 2022 and the students were exposed to many different topics, from robotics and engineer to natural sciences including physics, chemistry, and biology. There are many engaging projects for students at various levels so they do not just learn the topics, but get to work on a project and see how what they are learning applies to the real world. Students are given many hands on opportunities and leave the camp with a better understanding of the world around them.

Irving Art of Science is a non-profit organization that offers a wide span of STEM workshops and projects, including both engaging summer camps and science workshops throughout the year. It provides a hands-on, project and lab-based approach to science and engineering curriculums. I had a wonderful time mentoring students in science and engineering and allowing for their curiosity to grow.

Irving Art of Science is a non-profit organization that offers a wide span of STEM workshops and projects, including both engaging summer camps and science courses throughout the year. IAOS promotes a small class size with a more one-on-one hands-on learning environment. Instructors lead small groups through advanced science, math, engineering, or technology curriculum, allowing for teachers to better serve each scientific mind and ensure that each student understands the concepts. Serving all students from elementary to high school, IAOS provides an environment in which students can either learn far in advance of their school curriculum or be given extra help with topics they’re currently learning if they so choose. Having my sons attending the organization’s weekend workshops for more than eight years, my sons have both continued to thrive in the sciences all throughout high school, and it has made me confident in their preparedness for college. Irving Art of Science is an easy choice for anyone interested in hands-on science projects and greater exposure to STEM opportunities.

Irving Art of Science (IAOS) is a non-profit organization that has a long tenure of providing K-12 students with academic guidance in STEM. Their success has fostered many partnerships with schools across the DFW area and other academic organizations like IXL. Throughout the years, IAOS has conducted a wide range of workshops covering topics and hands-on projects in robotics, aviation, renewable energy and many more. In addition to these summer workshops, there are also weekly classes that supplement the curriculum which students are taught in their respective grade level. The staff and volunteers are very committed to ensuring the highest quality of education each and every week. In fact, many ex-students return to IAOS as volunteers and teach future students. This cycle has contributed to the great community-first atmosphere at IAOS and is one of the reasons why a lot of parents trust the organization to nuture their student's love of STEM.

Irving Art of Science (IAOS) is a 501c non-profit organization that conducts STEM workshops and summer robotics camp for youth in grade K-12 within the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The afterschool, weekend and summer camps are instructor lead STEM workshop, with hands on experiments and project-based curriculum designed to educate elementary, middle and high school students in advance level science, biology, engineering and technology curriculums. The objective of each workshop is to meet students where they are to get them where they need to be, which is at grade level or above. The workshop focuses on the need of each student and is organized into small group with three learning levels to teach to the need of the students in the groups. The STEM workshops and summer robotics camps has help my daughters to become confident in STEM and with that confidence they were able to get accepted in the top name school of their choice and they achieved the president along with the department scholarship which covered more than 75% of the tuition.
