Programs: Through the all-america city awards, ncl annually recognizes, on a competitive basis, 10 communities honored for their extraordinary civic accomplishments demonstrating problem solving, cross sector collaboration, community engagement, innovation, and inclusiveness. This year-round community-building program culminates in the awards competition and substantive innovation forum workshops.
through the community services program, the ncl works with government, business, nonprofit, and citizen organizations to expand the capacity of communities to solve their problems and effectively plan for the future. Included in this program is the fiscal sustainability research.
assistance to members of the organization including training, publishing, technical assistance and research.
