Mission: To promote the long term preservation of federally assisted aff. Hsng and the construction of low income housing for the benefit of low income persons and families,particularly in rural areas and small towns.
Programs: Operation of property rented to low income persons. Such property is preserved as low income housing by national affordable housing preservation associates, inc. (nahpa). Efforts are made by nahpa to pursue preservation and development of affordable housing.
