Causes: Homeless & Housing, Temporary Housing
Mission: We strengthen communities by improving the lives of these individuals and showing them there is a better way to live and the importance of giving back to the communities they live in. Along with this, we focus on reducing recidivism by assisting these individuals in changing their criminal thinking through education and a purpose in life.
Programs: Transitional housing is one of the more important areas of service that the people we serve need. We provide structured, clean and sober living where our residents learn how to function as a part of a community, by intereacting with each other, having responsibilities, being held accountable, and by helping each other work together as a community. In the fiscal year of june 2017, we served approximately 50 people through our transitional housing, support services, and vocational training programs.
