Nonprofit Overview
Mission: The Lester & Jewell Morris Hillel Jewish Student Center is the Jewish community center for more than 3,500 Jewish students at Michigan State University. MSU Hillel provides a connection to the community, arts, culture, Israel, social action, and political activism. Hillel reflects a broad span of Jewish life, from religious to cultural, traditional to spiritual. Hillel provides a place for students to celebrate their heritage, explore their identity, and prepare for the future. With diverse student-led groups who value leadership and cooperation, and our program is welcoming ‑ designed to meet students whenever and wherever they gather. We are proud of our important role: inspiring future Jewish leaders.
