Mountain Top Development is a non-profit organization consisting of police officers that diligently seek to improve lives of others while giving back to the community. Not only do they assist in helping low income to moderate income families purchase a home, but they also provide transitional housing for ex-offenders to give them another opportunity to be productive in society.
