Mission: The Mt. Diablo Region YMCA is a values based association, founded on Judeo-Christian principles, dedicated to enriching the lives of all people through programs that strengthen spirit, mind and body.
Programs: The Mt. Diablo Region YMCA has a variety of programs to meet the needs and interests of all people in our community: Aquatics programs (swim lessons, aqua arthritis classes); Camp Programs (summer daycamps, specialty camps, travel camps and resident camps); Child Care (both preschool and school age child care); Health Maintenance (cardiovascular training, strength training, stroke rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation); Youth Programs (youth sports, skate park); Teen and Family Programs (Youth & Government, middle school after school enrichment, camps, caravans, family nights, etc). All programs are based upon the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
