I met the founder, Shannon, in 2005 on a mission to Uganda. I observed the start-up and growth of Mosaic Vision as I led groups of sponsors and church members to Uganda for our church. Year after year I, as a leader and sponsor, traveled there watching the orphans grow, succeed, fail, and mature. Some years I traveled there twice. I grew in my faith alongside these kids and watched many others from the U.S. do the same. I saw life happen the same as it does here, some ups and some downs, but all the while Mosaic pointed the children to Jesus and loved them as their own. Finally I joined Mosaic as a staff person and full-time advocate for the work God is doing there. There are no words to describe the change this has made in me or all the lives I've watched. I am thankful for how God has directed my steps, changed my heart and grown me in faith through this ministry.

I was introduced to Mosaic Vision Ministries in the summer of 2017. I was immediately drawn to Mosaic when I heard that they not only care for the orphans, Mosaic offers a sustainable means of support for many widows. What a beautiful way to help sustain a culture of love. I've since been working with Mosaic and have seen the amazing heart and love of those working behind the scenes to provide support for the orphans.

I was able to sponsor a child from 12 through University.
He is now making a HUGE impact in the area thanks to Mosaic Vision.

I have been sponsoring through Mosaic Vision for 8 years. In that time, I have had many problems with communicating with them about my 5 children. I have also been charged outrageous amounts of money for university fees that were not paid on time by the organization. This has left my sponsored children frustrated, desperate and in danger of expulsion even though I paid more than enough for them to be there. I was told by the organization that the money was used for "overhead fees" when I was distinctly told I was paying for tuition. I believe that the organization has a good heart and vision but is painfully inefficient in helping these kids once they leave the village and accounting for donor money. After I repeatedly attempted to solve the situation they continued to defend their lack of oversight.
