Mission: The montana fire alliance was formed as a coalition of volunteer and paid fire fighters, fire chiefs, fire district board members, fire instructors and fire wardens from across montana. The purpose is to provide unified support, communication and coordination to the fire and emergency service providers in montana
Programs: Every two years a state wide convention is held for the purpose of training, developing safety programs, interaction with government agencies and preparation for the bi-annual montana legislature. Income and expenses during this year relates to the convention held in june 2016 and upcoming january 2017 montana legislature session.
the alliance retains a lobbyist for the purpose of lobbying for and against issues that directly affect the fire and emergency services.
