Mission: The organization will work to promote and support access and broadband deployment, as well as innovative technology and economic job growth. Not only is it our goal to educate policy-makers, but also to advocate for technological advancement in order to foster an environment that supports and promotes the emerging technologies of the future.

Such activities included membership recruitment, providing information on websites and supporting research activities that showed technology investments and job impact in states.
