Mission: The council's mission is to increase public awareness of problem gambling, train healthcare professionals in problems associated with problem gambling and develop education, awareness and prevention programs for adolescents, senior citizens and other groups impacted by problem gambling.
Programs: Provide a statewide organization to bring together individuals from the clinical, academic and research disciplines to inform, educate and promote the understanding of the disease of disordered gambling.
