Results: My volunteers and I have brutally lifted 381,000 lbs. of food by hand, four to five times to feed 44,700 people since starting the food pantry five years ago. We have been operating the food pantry, in an 8ft. x 64ft closet. Hundreds of people have stood in the rain, mud, snow and hot sun, under extreme conditions while waiting to be served. But a change has to come. The “closet” must be expanded, to meet the demand of feeding over 3000 people monthly. HELP us to help others. WE need YOU! At Miracle Island Unlimited, we are currently working on the next project that includes a 3 step plan, and is listed in detail in our mission statement letter. Step one: Need a Box truck and freezer box truck, and two freezer/fridge storage units of at least 20 ft. has to happen for the increasing amount of food and families to be fed. In 2018 - 160,000 lbs were lifted by hand four to five times and the box trucks will greatly lessen this problem. Step two: Expand the food pantry closet to a large room of 22 ft. x 64 ft. Step three: Build a large shed onto the Gospel Shed, for the hundreds of people to stand or sit, out of the weather and for general purposes to keep the island operating. Change has to come. In order to make a difference, Miracle Island Unlimited rely on the support of generous individuals and businesses in our community, but realized that we need to reach further out for help. We would be most grateful, if you would consider providing a generous donation to the extent of knowing that Miracle Island Unlimited is a 501 (C) 3, a non-profit and charitable organization, and your amount of giving will be tax deductible. We greatly appreciate your company, church, or family to give to this worthy cause. Whether you’re giving is in monetary, services, or equipment needed for these projects, and all are greatly needed. Time is of the essence for these projects to be in operation. Thank you for considering a donation or grant to our organization. Your support is critical to the completion of our latest project, and we will gladly keep you updated regarding our progress should you wish. This organization goes above and beyond to help meet the needs of people in Southern, Wv. They push themselves to make sure that people do not go hungry, without clothing, and other needs they may have. Southern Wv has been in an economic disaster for many years now and people just need help to get by. Over the last few months I have kept up with them through Facebook where the pictures tell the story of the struggles that these people go through to see that families are fed. I have watched as clients wait patiently in line, greeted with a hug and served. I want to thank the volunteers and crew that make this happen each month. Without you many would go hungry .

Miracle Island Unlimited Food and Clothing Pantry server most of Southern WV. I volunteer there when possible. They are a 501(c)3 charitable organization that operates solely on donations and volunteers. Last month alone they served over 3000 people. Thiis is through extreme hardships. Check out Facebook Pricella Cline Smith for more information or call 304-583-2825'ane Elkins I have told you her story, in part. Now, let me tell you my story: Without this Food Pantry, my family would go hungry a lot of the time. Work in Southern WV is down, my husband and I am disabled and live on a small fixed income less than 1700 a month, and have one child in the home. Many months it is either buy food or buy medicine, my husband is a heart patient and the meds have to come first. She has never turned me away. I could call her now and tell her I need something and she would do her best to move heaven and earth to see that I had it. I am not the only one she feeds in this situation. As the economy in WV grows worse, the pantry is feeding more and more. Please consider her and the pantry.
