Mission: The mcca mission is to advance the hiring, retention, and promotion of diverse attorneys in legal departments and the law firms that serve them.
Programs: Mcca hosts a national awards gala and other smaller regional networking events. The national event recognizes corporate leaders in the advancement of diversity in the legal industry. The smaller regional events recognize law firm departments for their exceptional work in the field of diversity and will also help local counsel network among peers and share ideas.
