Mission: A community of services, grounded in faith, providing person centered care that encourages all people to reach their highest potential.
Programs: Minnewaska home care, a medicare certified home care agency, promotes health of the community members it serves by providing a variety of health care services in the patient's home setting. Our services include but are not limited to skilled nursing, home health aid, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and homemaking services within a 30-mile radius of starbuck, mn. Minnewaska home care provides these services on a daily basis monday thru friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, and has a 24-hour on call registered nurse available for emergencies. Minnewaska home care is governed by a ten person independent board made up of one at-large community leader and ten area church members. The board has a history of commitment to acting with the highest integrity and has been proactively evaluating opportunities to ensure the organization continues to operate at its maximum potential for the benefit of the clients we serve.
