Causes: Disaster Aid, Fire Prevention
Mission: The organization seeks to provide information and training to fire service employees. The certification board conducts tests for the various ranks for these employees per guide- lines established by the international fire service accreditation congress. These tests and training assist the employees and the public by providing the best fire prevention and fire-fighting available using these guidelines. The employees pay a fee for this certification and subsequent re-certification.
Programs: Certification of training compentencies and proficiencies to individuals that engage in the occupation of firefighting.
