Mission: To serve as a consolidated voice representing local micro, small, and medium sized businesses, in order to advocate positive change and build a rich pro-business climate in saint paul, minnesota and surrounding areas.
Programs: Participated in local, state, and federal hearings and discussions on behalf of our membership and st. Paul area small businesses regarding the general climate for businesses and in particular the impact of light rail on those businesses.

held meetings and facilitated discussions between the st. Paul department of safety and inspections and st. Paul area landlords to ameliorate communications, recommend improvements, and develop a checklist for landlords.
completed a survey of the businesses on university avenue, saint paul, minnesota, recording concerns and support of the proposed light rail system connecting minneapolis and saint paul, and submitted paper outlining unaddressed concerns of the business and property owners to the federal transit administration.
