Someone from this charity comes into Publix grocery store weekly and buys a candy bar and $100 cash back and presents the charity tax exempt certificate! So they can present purchases that show that they are shopping for groceries at Publix but actually they're using it as an ATM!
They do this repeatedly and then they go to the office and return the candy bar! something is not right....
