Mission: Talent development for global development on university campuses
Programs: At the mcn we are preparing a new generation of global development leaders. We do talent development for the global development sector on university campuses. We:#1 recruit student leaders creating social impact, #2 develop values (humility, empathy) and management skills, and #3 provide career support to help them take their next professional steps in the sector beyond graduation. We implement this through a year-long fellowship experience that starts off with a global summit. Student leaders meet twice a month in their respective cities (and online) to share best practices and help each other improve on management skills in leading their organizations. The conference served approximately 600 student leaders and the fellowship served 18 student leaders from across the city of boston who engaged 362 peers on university campuses in boston. Their work engaged 12,339 community members across the globe.
