Mission: To promote partnerships that will reduce and prevent homelessness in citrus, hernando, lake, and sumter counties.
Programs: Write grants, educate communities,oversee operation of homeless management information system (hmis), and provide information and referrals. Users of the system are trained on how to operate the system to allow effective analysis of the data for use in assessing the needs and trends in the communities serviced. Part of the mission is to promote partnerships that will reduce and prevent homelessness and to provide information and referrals connecting people to needed services.
