Programs: Charitable financial assistance to 17 fraternal members/spouses in the community setting to help maintain independence.
operate masonic pathways, a continuing care retirement community, that includes 221 licensed hfa beds along with a 204 bed medicare/medicaid certified nursing care center and 38 independent duplexes. Approximately one half of the residents are on charitable assistance masonic assistance program and/or medicaid. Also operate a 45 bed medicare/medicaid certified skilled nursing facility, warwick living center. Approximately 3/4 of the residents qualify for medicaid.
