Mission: To conduct activities, either directly, through related organizations, or in cooperation with organizations exempt from tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 (the code), in order to raise funds to further the purposes of the michigan lake & stream association, inc. (mlsa), and any other subsidiary of mlsa exempt under section 501 (c) (3) of the code, subject, however, to all limitations of the nature or extent of such activities applicable, from time to time, to organizations exempt from tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the code, or comparable provisions of subsequent legislation.
Programs: Collection of funds to provide an endowment fund to support the michigan lake & stream association, inc, a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization.
